Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the creative leadership on developing new marketing efforts
• Help set the visual style and creative direction of Makeba
• Execute creatives solutions across across a variety of mediums and marketing channels
• Learn from customer insights to create appropriate creative solutions
• Participate in the design of graphic concepts and visual treatments
• Create and adhere to design systems
• Collaborate across the Makeba organization to ensure a consistent brand experience

Qualifications
• 2 years of experience as a designer
• Must be fluent in English and Portoguese
• Proficient in relevant design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or Figma
• Experience with digital and social media advertising
• Experience with designing for both print and screen
• Ability to work effectively in an collaborative environment to create world class design solutions
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
